jurassic park won't become real

Could Jurassic Park ever really happen? How much of what you saw in Jurassic Park can be considered real? Discuss all of that and more here...

/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> the idea of the mosquito in amber it won't preserve

plus if it happened now we won't have the technology to make the growth quicker we will have to wait a whole 5 years or so.....

Hey it's all dreaming, amber won't work but other ways of making dino-like creatures are possible.
When all is said and done and the world is empty how much does it really matter the amount of money you had or what car you drove?

Yes, Tyrannis is right.
And besides, we might not be aqble to use everything preserved in amber -- BUT its still possible to use the small fragments from them.
Aahhh, who knows what can happen in a few years time, huh? /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
We might have the technology that will grow fast...

Well, if they can clone a Tasmaian Tiger/Wolf --aka-- Thylacine, then I think it maybe possible to move on down the old timeline and try cloning other things...

But we still have actual thylacine hide, skelatons, etc. Wait, does cloning by removing an original egg cell nucleas and replacing it with a complete nucleas of another animals require a nucleas from a living cell?

Yes, it's true that amber can not be used to preserve good enough strands, but we could perhaps combine small fragments found from there with the proteins taken from the thighbone of a dinosaur to perhaps make a full DNA strand. But I doubt that it can be used for cloning.
