While attempting to send a PM a few minutes earlier.
This happened.

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:

You cannot send another PM until 04.30.2009 09:17

Any ideas people?

Btw how about a Bug report section for diagnostics?

The message delay between multiple PM's is 5 minutes. If you sent one PM, you have to wait 5 minutes until you can send another.

Be nice! I'll change it to 3 minutes. There has been a lot of issues lately with spam-bot registering and mass-pm'ing everyone on various forums.

Ah. I forgot about those days. Site B used to have them also, except it was posted by guests. Now it's registered members only. Oh Jon, could you take a look at my articles?

This message can not be sent because the recipient has their personal messenger disabled or they are in a member group not allowed to use the personal messenger.

Is the person who you are sending the pm to accepting pms?

People who had a birthday, wishing them happy birthday. If you can't even pm your old members, something is wrong.
