The Most Dangerous Game: Jurassic Park

Post by Rex-Jay »

Basically there's this guy, let's call him Ryan, who goes to Costa Rica as a member of a humanitarian mission but winds up getting in trouble with a Costa Rican crime lord, Carlos, and is captured by Carlos's goons. Carlos chooses to punish Ryan with some style, so he puts Ryan on Isla Sorna as a death sentence. On the island, Ryan lives through a series of dinosaur encounters and meets a woman named Miranda Tembo, who has come to Isla Sorna to hunt dinosaurs for sport (which she began doing after her father Roland died; yes, the very same Roland from TLW!). Meanwhile, Ryan's wife Brandy and his brother Ermine are searching for Ryan back in Costa Rica. Carlos finds out that Brandy and Ermine are close to Ryan and he revels in seeing them all die together, so he and his thugs personally tranquilize the two and take them to Isla Sorna. When the plane containing them gets to the island, Ryan and Miranda take it over. Miranda dies when the action attracts a T-Rex, but Carlos and his thugs are marooned on the island, allowing the other three characters to take return for home.

Add in scenes of dinosaur action, and revelations about messed-up crap InGen did, as necessary.

- no annoying little kids!
- opportunities for dino-on-dino fights
- finally seeing the Rex make its comeback after JP3
- only one person gets eaten in the entire film (it would also be the first time a woman dies in the JP series); of course that could be changed to some of Carlos's thugs also getting killed by the Rex at the end or something along those lines
- possibilities for nostalgia factor if the film revisits locations from the other Sorna films (the high hide, the trailer cliff, or Cathy's beach from TLW; the genetics lab, the runway, or the aviary river from JP3)

EDIT: By the way, the new layout is absolutely vivid!
