I think anyone who has been monitoring JP4 news can tell you without a doubt that the poster is a fan-made creation.

...I happen to be one of those people. There are very few, solid, 100% details about JP4. Certainly nothing to make a poster about.

And yes, it was an amazing poster. The city background was truly nice.
