The very thought of a pickle up my ass is preposterous, for I hate pickles. Try again, sir, for your next attempt will be just as much of a failure as the first!

So anyway, about this T. Rex tissue. It was cool stuff, but not very likely to yield results any time soon. Probably the more effective way of dinosaur "cloning" is going to be when we can finally actually create DNA sequences by manually arranging amino acid sequences and then inserting that into an egg. Then again, I guess that won't truely be a dinosaur, but that will still be awesome.

i read this great book last year, it explained all the things needed in order to create a dinosaur. it talked about how you wouldn't be able to arrange the amino acids in the right order unless you already knew the code. they said it was possible at this time, but it would cost a lot of money for the equipment and you would need that code, plus you have to search the world for preserved DNA
the book was "The Science of Jurassic Park: How to Build a Dinosaur"

I've heard of the book, and I haven't found it yet..., hm, better keep looking for it...
Have you heard about the Australians trying to clone the Tasmanian Tiger/wolf... aka the Thylacine (ok, so my spelling isn't great..., but I hope you know what I'm talking about).
