Jurassic Park db forum

Once there was a idea to make an Universal Park in the german Krefeld, but they won`t do it cause of money, but Germany rules.

unfortunatelly, Azores isn't an island, but rather a portuguese island chain, not on the coast of Africa, but on the convergency areas of the American, European and African tectonics, being these islands property of the portuguese government (except for an US base in the Lages), all of them inhabited.

I meant it was in the Azores island chain. Not that Azores was just an island. I made a grammatical boo-boo, oops. Also geocraphically speaking it's rather close to Africa as well as Europe.

I think since InGen did work out something with Costa Rica to get Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, that probably they'd do the same for one of the Azores islands with the Portuguese government and maybe one fictional island in the chain could exist. I mean look at the Los Cinco Muertes and Isla Nublar, they're all fictional too.

It's just that with Las Cinco Muertes, it's easier to pop up an unknown island/island chain rather than using a somewhat known and habited island chain.

There's Açores (consisting of 9 islands) and there's Madeira (2 islands). They're kinda next to each other and both are part of Portugal, just like Florida keys are part of the US.
