And, to be perfectly honest, there are a large number of posts and such, that are not centric to you, that are causing this post.
So, please, don't get all defensive about it. I'm not pointing fingers, I'm just asking for it to stop.

We are all registered and posting members at the Jurassic Park Database forums. There is absolutely no reason to go on about how "this forum is better than that forum" and "how this site sucks compared to that site." You know why? Because it's just a flame war wrapped in a stupid remark.
I'd like this thread to be act as a formal complaint to the moderators and ask that we start suspending people that continue on with this sort of stuff. It's all starting to get into flame wars and other unnecessary garbage that gets everyone nowhere. (However, it does do something for post count, let me tell ya.)
And, I think it's been said, however snidely, that, if you're just going to come and complain how JPDb is nothing like another site's forum, then I must say that I won't make you welcome here. If you don't like it, get out, as the saying goes. I don't care how big your other place was, or what kind of activity it saw. You're here now, a member of the JPDb forums, and you all should act like it. If this is just some pit-stop on your way back to wherever it was you came from, why bother? Sure, we need new members here, but we also need people who will contribute to the community and not make people want to leave our forum.
I hope I have people standing behind me on this one, because this is important to have a strong front on. Again, if you don't like the place, then leave, nothing's keeping you here.

CR tries to hard to be always be an ass, so he comes off very lightly to me .. wait, did that .. sound gay .. eh ..

I for one, think it's better that your discussion stays inside the thread James, the quick disposing of problems and arguments by means of closing topics and forcing it into private messages just doesn't seem right. I mean, the board is nearly dead, the more active topics the better right? The argument (hardly) about JPA being superior was fine - stupid - but fine, untill more and more JPA kids started new threads with the exact same context .. just with slightly better or much worse grammar.

TNAG's post (this thread) does feel needed only because the noobs continuously kept ranting about JPA's bigger dick, to the point where we had people like "Oh Hello other Jurassic Park forum. JPA is now up, and if you would all calmly migrate over to that message board, because it is much uglier, we would be very happy KTHNX!!!11"

But, if we're going to keep the little JPA discussion going, just keep it in this thread. James has his own opinion, no matter how shitty of a job he does supporting it formally.

I finally come back to the JP community after so much happened in the last year or so (personally), and now you've already got me posting stuff like this .. stop it .. I've never liked moderator and administator powers on forums .. maybe because I've been banned so many times .. meh.

And where the hell is Paradox, Alex, Spinosaurus Rex and Logosaurus?

Anyway, ban jamesgodawgs. Ban CR, Cody and that Grim guy too (except I think he's gone back tp JPA, dear boy) and .. let's say RTOM too, just to shake things up. And maybe Samfan .. I think she's a commie.
