Ok I'm back. Look the reason I included the piece about the forgetting the island part was for a book idea I'm working on. As for Dodgeson if you see the first movie then you are going to know who he is and if not it is not that damn hard to work him into the story. Islands keep it more interesting. Besides how the hell do you have live dinos on the mainland without anyone knowing, the book had them but only a couple species you put more and that just won't work. Plus we need to get away from Costa Rica. And I was giving an idea with my last post not a whole story.

We also need to have an ending that is not too practical, so maybe kill dinos off on sorna and keep the dinos in the Azores a secret. Maybe just kill them all off or we could kill the characters off with just Grant getting rescued.

I was thinking we could put an Ingen spy with Grant's group that kind of explains about dodgeson. Also we could have the people show up to the island and everything on the island is working fine, all the problems from the original park have been solved, but they have no clue why Ingen left it. As for the rating we could make it R rated, but have the story broken down to PG-13 for theaters and have the R version for DVD. If it goes that far.

Oh yeah and a myth is something someone makes up, but a legend is passed down but know one knows if it is true or not without proof. There is not much difference. A myth can turn into a legend.

Oh yeah Edge of Chaos sounds pretty good.

well, remember there would be many fans upset that it suddenly jumps from PG-13 to R, especially since all the others were PG-13. i just think that there really isn't a need to go R. we don't need excessive gore and language. and we definitely don't need any sexual scenes(just in case someone was starting to think of some /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> )

No, No. I meant optional rated R. s** scenes don't go with JP. I just thought we could use an R version incase we cooked up something that might not make it with a PG-13 version. But the way movies are these days PG-13 lets you get away with quite a bit.

Hm, I was thinking, "Edge of Chaos" sounds a lot like Ian Malcome is back... lol.
And uh, lets see..., the other JP movies seem to be based being R rated, as in PG-13, Eg: The language used in JP1 used the word "Sh*t!" quite a bit. Then again, the viewer rating may vary due International versions released...? Sorry if I'm think BIG right now..., but hey, it COULD be possible.
Anyway, I personally want Alan and Ellie back together (they make a GREAT couple), and I think it might help including Ian in this film (to maybe unveil the science behind the story or something). It really does depend on how this story is going to be written, and where we are planning to go with this. It might help (if possible) to contact the Author, Michael Cricton since he has a better and more indept knowledge of the characters and story. I'll try to find a way to contact him by email or something... (of possible).
Any Questions/Suggestions...? lol

they were all PG-13. JP had the word $h!T three times("now that is one big pile of...." and Ellie yells it twice while being chased in the Jeep) this might be because back then it was allowed for PG-13. also, they used it nicely, instead of just having it because someone might say it in conversation

The word "Sh*t" is also used by Ellie in JP when they're on the Tour, and they hear that the Island has a Dilophosaurus (ignore spelling, its wrong). The word itself is used more than 3 times...
Actually, seems to me that Ellie uses the word quite often..., though in the book, I think we hear Timmy saying it more.

Anyway, I agree the movie uses the word in a 'suitable way', whereas, most people these days just use it for no real reason...lol.

Yes, its just plain annoying and really overdoes it in a movie. It sometims puts you off the movie as well... (eg: Terminator2 really put in too much of it...).

lol... if you want, I'll check... lol. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
I just got the whole JP Trilogy on DVD...
