You guys must be pretty safe. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> Where I live, people end up getting shot on a regular basis, among other things. It's almost insane to run around my neighborhood without a weapon, even with the police station just two blocks down the road. Really, if I lived somewhere safe enough, I doubt I'd want a handgun at all. I never go anywhere armed and nothing's happened to me yet, but I'm just too ****** up to care anymore.

I don't see how having a firearm or not having a firearm makes anyone safer. If guns were outlawed, only the outlaws would have guns. Ideally, a civilized society or community should not be made any less safe by having weapons in the hands of responsible, law abiding citizens.

My armory:

Airsoft:

SPAS-12, MP5A6, P8, and that one dumb pistol I have that's supposedly a Desert Eagle; however, it's closer in size to a Beretta.

Real Weaponry:

My sword, .22 Rifle, Crossbow, Bow and Arrow, 2 Machettis, Chinese Stars, Couple hunting knives, and a miscellaneous daggers.

Move over here then, not even the police have guns (except special units).

This place isn't really a good place to live. There was one day where the police found a decapitated body in a ditch, then the head was found farther down the road in a washing machine. There's more to it than this one example, but that's all I want to share for now.

If you really want to get technical, nobody's truely safe anywhere ever. I already have firearms, and it doesn't make me feel any safer. I don't keep them for the feeling. Moving along..

..and, meh. I trust TJ with weapons more than I do most anyone else.
