not at all if you can control an elephant or a lion I'm pretty sure you can control most things. We have the ability to make big enough fences.

No no, I mean it is hard to know things like Behaviour Patterns, Food Habits, Living Habits, Hunting Patterns...etc.
These things won't be easy to control.

An Elephant or Lion, we've known about 'em for years! Centuries! We know what they are like, so we can easily predict things, and we know how to control them. But now Dinosaurs, now these things are totally different creatures. They are not from our time, but way way before! We don't know much about them when it comes to hunting, living, behaviour...etc. Therefore, we wouldn't know what to expect! /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

cotrol would be easy. Understanding them? no we wouldn't but that's the point of keeping them, so we could find out about their behaviours. Food you good probably guess at and you'd probably get them right. They would sort their living habits out on their own and we'd just learn as they grew.

Now you gotta remember that feeding dinosaurs the wrong stuff would result in poor physical health, as well beginnings of new diseases (which would be another problem people would face rasing Dinosaurs).

Next thing, You have to remember that when you're rasing dinosaurs, they are like every other living organism. They need to look at their elders to learn about disipline, hunting skills, communication skills...etc and so on. If we were rasing dinos, we'd expect them to behave just like the dinos of 65million years ago, but the thing is.... They won't be! Because there would be no one, or thing, to teach it how to be like the dinos of back then--- the 65 million year-old ones.

what about snakes and komodo dragons.they don't have there parents to guide them ,they totally depend upon their instincts .so i think dinosaurs could also do that.

Dinosaurs are different living organisms compared to snakes and other modren day repitles. We can't compare 2 different living things and assume they are alike -- because they are not. Only in SOME ways they are, but not in all ways.

Anyway, if you are still going to consider looking at all repitles and dinosaurs as 'alike' living organisms, Look at Aligators and Crocodiles. They RAISE their own young and they also protect their own young! So do SOME types of Frogs.

Even if you look at some fossil remains of dinos (eg: The Protoceratops and Velociraptor remains which were found locked in a deadly battle in Mongolia. The Protoceratops was found protecting its eggs and the raptor was trying to kill the thing)... The fossil remains showed US that the Protoceratops was indead a good parent -- looking after its young even in a life or death sistuation!
Also, if you look at some other dino remains you'll find tons of remains of young dinos along with parents.

Doesn't this show that EVEN DINOS HELP RAISING THEIR YOUNG?!
So in conclusion, Dinos would need help in rasing their 'children', or else their survival would be limited.

just because they help their young doesn't mean the young didn't know how to survive by instinct the crocs and gators don't teach their offspring anything they protect them but they don't teach them what to eat or how to stalk their prey.

Most sucessful predators do teach their 'kids' how to hunt and so on...

I'd say crocodilians are pretty successful.
