thatd be pretty coool, but u cant get rid of t-rexy, look at how jp3 turned out
maybe have alberty as a one kill mid way thru film, or as a raptor chase resulting in a big fight between a pack of raptors and albertys ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

they need more dino fights!!!

Yes, they NEED a mid-sized predator like Albertosaurus in the series. Imagine all they could do with a pack of these guys...almost like giant wolves stalking after human prey. /happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif" />

Plus it wouldn't hurt getting to see my favourite dinosaur up on the big screen.

An Albertosaurus would be nice, although I'm not quite sure that's exactly the dinosaur I'd want to see. There are other dinosaurs, which are by far much more fascinating and visually powerful then an Alberto. If JP4 wants to leave the audience flabbergasted and awestricken they need to use a dinosaur whose overall appearance is not familiar with the general audience, which would exclude an Alberto as it’s basically a miniature T. rex. The Tyrannosaurus has been clichéd enough already. :-

Personally, I’d like to see the return the Dilophosaurus.

Well, problem is, there aren't that many theropods that are strikingly different from the "average form" (strong legs, smallish arms, big lumpy head). Sure, there's Carnotaurus and a few Ceratosaurids, but in the long run, Allosaurus looks like Giganotosaurus looks like Torvosaurus looks like Sinraptor, Velociraptor looks like Deinonychus looks like Utahraptor looks like Megaraptor, Compsognathus looks like Coelophysis looks like Staurikosaurus looks like Saltopus, and Tyrannosaurus looks like Daspletosaurus looks like Albertosaurus looks like Siamotyrannus. Of course, they COULD do what they did with JP3 and take an animal like Spinosaurus, screw scientific accuracy, and make it a senseless monster...but then those of us who know more about dinosaurs than "Gawd, they're biiig!" would bitch again.

Instead of albertosaurus perhaps Yangchuanosaurus or Majungotholus would be a good differant medium sized predator

Yeah Majungatholus surely is different, but I would prefer to see Carnotaurus

I agree with Mexisaur. Carnotaur is a better choice.

Carnotaurus is a great choice for the film

in the interest of origionality carnotaurus is a no no. people would mix it up with ceratosaurus too much. besides disney's assymbal dinosaur movie had carnotauri in it. so a completely differant medium sized predator could be Cryolophosaurus.
