Remember in the book it says that dinosaurs were nurtured at Isla Sorna until they were transferred to the park on Nublar. I don’t remember it was specific dinosaurs or all of them, but if it was all then that would signify the presence of a Metriacanthosaurus on Sorna, I think.

And also in the book there was a Carnotaur who could apparently change skin patterns and color like a chameleon.

If you’re not counting the dinosaurs included in the book I’d say Ovi has a pretty damn good list going.

Metriacanthosaurus
Proceratosaurus
Segisaurus
Herrerasaurus

Those may still be on Isla Sorna but it's not known that they are.

You have to treat the movies and novels as two different things, unfortunately. They're too different to combine into a single universe.

Agree, but disagree. For the majority, yes, it is too hard to combine, especially in TLW. However, in my imaginary extended-universe canon, I like to incorporate non-conflicting scenes and characters from the novels (such as Ed Regis and the river raft scene). I have a pretty much a whole integrated thing worked out in my head.
Of course, I'm probably the only person who thinks like this.

Oh, we thought of that when we started the P:Db, but had to decide against it. Both novels conflict with the movies in ways that cannot be reconciled. I would've loved it if it could've all been one integrated universe like Star Wars (though the SW EU is flawed, I like the organization), but there's no way to get around the conflicts realistically.

Well, P:Db is at the moment movie-only and that's a perfectly valid way to look at things.

Note: In my extended universe, I've decided to give preference to the majority in most cases.
For example, if given two alternate versions of a dialogue scene that are incompatible with each other, but are compatible with the rest of the canon, I choose the scene which contains the most information.
Another example: In the comics, Muldoon comes "back from the dead" Given that this is inconsistent with the movie universe, but compatible with a large portion of the book, I give preference to the book, because it allows for the events in the comics to take place.
Yet another example: In the book, Nublar is fire-bombed, but this is a small event, in total story development and it blocks most of the comics, which are a large story development, so I don't give preference to the book.
In short, I have movie and book to be about 75%, 50% correct respectively.

Correction: the Project Database has been both movies and novels since before it was here at JPDb. I know because I was there, and it was I that requested the novels be included when I started work for it.

I see what you are doing, but I still do not feel it integrates well.

Perhaps I should have said canon exclusivity.
