It was very hungry, there wasn't anything else around, and the Brachiosaur had just lain down to rest.
I also noted that the Allosaur is the only carnivore that isn't bothered by the Brachiosaur's defencive display.
I've also watched Ceratosaurs and Albertosaurs hunt each other.
And Ceratosaurs will sometimes attack an Allosaur.
