Sign the petition for a new expansion for JPOG. I signed it. Don't sign it twice unless with a different e-mail address, just kidding. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Sign It!

People should really know that companies rarely take online petitions seriously (most because of the little comment you made about signing twice, dino). It'd be so much better if you tried to actually send letters to the game publishers, explaining in proper English and in sound ideas of why you want an expansion pack. Better yet, get people together in your community that like the game and have them sign a petition, then have people in other communities to do the same.

They will look at it if there is enough signatures.

No. They won't. Companies don't pay attention to online petitions no matter how many signatures they get because the internet is a breeding ground for stupidity and they know that.

Besides, do you really think you'll get enuogh signatures to convince a company to revive a so-so selling niche game?

Here's an idea....collect the signatures anyways, print it up when you have enough, and mail it to them.

Its not fiesable financially for them to create one given the lack-luster sales of the base game itself, especially if only a few thousand people will buy it.

well, what about making available for download all the things they left out and surely will never release?...

Console gamers would be screwed and they made up about 2/3 of the market for the game originally. Not only that, to devote all the time, resources and money to integrate all the stuff they left out... its still high risk. I'm not trying to pestemistic here, but logically and financially, it doesn't make sense for Bluetongue to create an expansion, much less release all the stuff they originally left out for develpmental or incompatibility reasons. A sequel perhaps, if A) they fixed everything that was wrong with the original along with adding a helluva lot more and B) made it more appealing to more than just the Jurassic Park fan base.
