I definetly would go.Who wouldn't want to see live dinosaurs.

As for safety Jurassic Park was safe it was Nedry's fault they got out because he turned off all the security.And Nedry was a chance happening.So I would assume it would be a safe place, and not much different than visiting a normal zoo.
