Yeah, that has to be the case. But December is the deadline. Hopefully we'll get something before that if there's any hope of this thing finishing for 2006-2007(2007 most likely, meaning that the whole movie will be set back two years).

um, well basically we heard there was going to be a big announcement regarding JP4(am i right) by Fall, at the lastest December(?) and it hasn't come yet
