pack raptor wrote:Fox was probably talking about the #1 film at the box offices this year.Revenge of The Sith made around 390 million in theaters, however, it got luke-warm reviews from the critics. Which is completely understandable, it may have been the best of the Star Wars pre-quels but it was still a disappointment.

Yeah, but that's personal preference. In order to critique a movie, you have to be objective about it.

Yeah lol.

I loved RotS, it was the best of the prequels. yup yup.
Still unable to decide on how it ranks with all the movies. lol

Hmm...
Possibly: 4, 5, 3, 6, 1, 2. But I dunno. And I'm going off-topic.

NOW MY TOP TEN MOVIES OF THE YEAR

10>The Cave-The only reason this is on here is beacuse I watch LOST and one of the actors that was in that was in here(Daniel Dae Kim). Other than that it was crap, bad creature design. The movie was so dark I could barely see what was going on. If your going to see a movie with witty and not dry dialogue, DONT SEE THIS!!!!

9>Wedding crashers-This movie was funny, but im not gonna go into convultions by laughing too hard at it, there are many funnier movies out right now. If your looking for big laughs look to my #6 movie.

8>The Exorcism of Emily Rose- This was a good movie, at parts. This movies trailler gave us false advertising, when in reality most of this movie takes place in a court room
and not on Emily, though the parts with her possesion in it are good(especially the dorm room scene), they are few and far between.

7>Wolf Creek-This is a genuinly scary flick thats just going to be forgotten when Hostel hits with all of its tortuous glory, but this is still creepy as hell and will be huge when it his on dvd.

6>The 40-year old Virgin- I liked this movie because in it i saqw my self in about 24 years, in an apartment with nerdy collectibles, a videogame chair and a box full of porn, with friends that think im gay, this movie is so funny I wish the academy would make a catagory for funny movies.

AND NOW THE TOP 5!!!!!!!!!ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1211!!OMG1

5>Hustle and Flow> Sure its a rap movie about hookers and pimps, but it was done in a very good way, and it was very entertaining to watch, and I cant even stomach rap music, at least give this movie a rent.

4>Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-Wow, this was good, Tim Burtontook those bad little kids attituted and beefed them up to like the moon, after the first scene with these kids you will want to shoot yourself, even charlie is too cute and its very annoying, but Jonny Depps Willy Wonka makes up for all of that, hes soo cool and witty, and he has a backstory now straight out of the book.

THE TOP 3

3>Star Wars Episode III:Revenge of the Sith- This movie was good, I don't know why people think its bad, all of the loose ends were tied up, all of the action scenes were awesome and the script was perfectly done and it wasn't too long, this is my 3rd favorite starwars movie.

2>Frank Miller's Sin City- This movie is too good for words, I think this is note perfect in every possible way, marv, Dwight and Hartigan are perfectly done in all ways, the style of the film is soo cool, the dialogue is soo awesome, I wish people still talked like that in movies today, if the number one movie came out after january 1st this would be number 1

1>Peter Jacksons King Kong-This movie makes me want to piss my pants its so good, it keeps most of the original story intact, witht he exception of Kong and Ann's love storty, the action is awesome, Kongs dinos are awesome(i dont care what anyone else says), i have already seen this 3 times, i plan on seeing it many more times

well there you have it, the reviews you probably weren't waiting for /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
