JP MOD?

I do remember something about a JP mod coming out for FarCry, but you know how those mods are. They die out as fast as they are thought up. Whatever happened to that Janus Games, Half-life mod, and various other ones?

I have to say good job to people over there going the FarCry mod. I see from the link above that they are 90% done with the single player + multiplayer beta.

However, If Sam Neill was to see himself as Alan Grant again in this FarCry mod; I think he would cry.

The opening to the second trailer ('the Jp gates are opening again') would have been excellent if it was for Jp 4.

It's short for modification. It's a group of files meant to change a game so that it can have new weapons, maps, or completely different story. For more info, wiki it.

Anyone hear about Project Nedryland? From what I've seen it looks pretty impressive, another mod game, but can't wait for it.
