Jurassic Park db forum

I removed the requirement to login before you can view the forum. It was put as a security measure because the forum was hacked twice on 3 days. Things are back to normal now, no problems thus far.

We're still looking into the current hacking situation and ways on improving the standards of the forum. Some outside sources are being utilized within the forum at the current time. Those will remain undisclosed.
