I caught the demo of operation genesis and I gave an error of archive, it I did not find a directory and the game did not enter, if somebody already had this problem helps debtor me.

I'm not exactly sure what your problem is. Are you using WinZip/WinRAR? Extract all the files, then run the exe. You'll probably get errors if you're trying to run the game within the archive.
