Good point, but personally, I kinda prefer how Diplodocids hold their heads low. It looks...I dunno, kinda graceful as opposed to the "classic" head high, tail low posture. Besides, we already have Brachiosaurus & Camarasaurus to hold their heads high. =)

Is the Spinosaurus bigger than the Rex or not?<br /><br />I read that they had only skeleton of a big spinosaur somewhere, but was destroyed in WWI or II. Only lately they have found again some bones of that spino species i think. <br /><br />ANyway, the Spinosaur in JPIII only looks like 3-4 meter longer or less, and remember it is a Male T-Rex, and they could be smaller than females like the birds of prey. (this is said in TLW novel, not movie where they seems to be alike)

They don't really know for sure. They know Spinosaurus was likely longer, but not as big (as in weight-wise, it was more lightly built than the T.rex) since most of its length comes from an unusually long tail.<br /><br />Really, it's hard to say for sure which large predator was the biggest, since most are only known by single specimens and it's hard to determing the average size of the genus from only one specimen (Allosaurus ranges from around 30 feet with A.fragilis to near 50 feet (T.rex size) with A.maximus, for example). Not to mention the size differences are so incredibly close (Carcharodontosaurus and Giganotosaurus are only bigger than T.rex by a mere couple of feet -- a meter or less, and Acrocanthosaurus is just barely smaller), and many sizes are just estimates based on sub-adult specimens (Baryonyx, Spinosaurus, and possibly Suchomimus are largely known merely from sub-adults, not fully-grown animals, so their fully-grown sizes are just educated guesswork at the moment). There may not even be a set adult size, since it's currently believed that dinosaurs never stopped growing as they aged like many reptiles do.

where is everyone?<br />and what do u think about herrerasaurus and microceratops, i think there should be at least another 25 dino's if theres going to be an expansion, u get bored of the dinos already in there to soon (well i do anyway )

Herrerasaurus would be a good idea since there are no Triassic dinos in Operation Genesis. The oldest dino there is the Dilo. I think. Microceratops is a good idea too since it was in the JP book. How about some early birds/feathered dinos in the game like Archaeopteryx. They're not as big as pteranodons and they glide better then they can fly which would make them easier to contain.

Compstegnathus is not a real dinosaur, and personally I think adding imaginary animals would just be stupid.<br /><br />Giganotosaurus might be a problem as well, because it's currently up for debate whether or not Giganotosaurus &amp; Carcharadontosaurus are actually different breeds of the same animal.
