MORAL

Was it the original DNA manipulated Jurassic Park, the return of inGen in The Lost-World, or just the worth-wild running around frantically Jurassic Park III that captured your imagination.

Human over-confidence hey?

What you wrote is very good and has some merit, but I think people look into Jurassic Park way past the intended number of layers.

I think human over-confidence is a RESULT of the story, but I don't think it was an intention plot sequence.

If there's any message being perpetraited in Jurassic Park, I would have to say that (and I have thought this ever since I was very young) it has to do with the dangers of modern science. I merely think over-confidence was a formality in order to create the plot, but it wasn't a message.

i agree that over-confidence wouldn't really be the definite message implied there, Hammond does become over-confident with his desire to get the park up and running for his money to pour in, but that was a result of coming as far as he did. i would say the message was more of how far science is coming along, and how it is always competing with God in the modern age. that is what Hammond tries to do with the park and it is even mentioned in the movie. i think the moral is that humans shouldn't try to play God and should leave Mother Nature to do her work. interfering only throws things off balance, or something of the sort, and leads to chaos

(i mean no offense to any religious group with this post)

by the way, no offense but you kind of used the terms "over-confidence" and "danger" a little too much. teachers like you to use variety in your vocabulary

Okay, well...
The thing is, I had to relate the main theme or message to me, and that was the best I could think of...
Also, it had to be a relavance to teens and to me...
According to my teacher, it is very good, but he hasn't graded it yet.
But anyway, Thanks for the awesome feedback, and keep it coming in! I seriosuly enjoy hearing from all of you...
I'll let you guys know what I got later on....
