I have just seen that the pictures with the T-rex and the two heads of Raptors, both from JP, were actually the official JP wallpaper on the JP official site, look below the small logo of JP3, we can see a part of the JP red logo.
And that's the same thing for the cover front: he took the wallpaper of the JP3 logo with the Pteranodon shade and the red stone back. Look at the T-rex-Raptor (lol), we can see the shadows of the wings.
Finally, it's a very ugly pirated DVD. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Well, I found out because for my birthday I went on holiday to Fiji. I wanted the JP collection on DVD while I was out shopping and came across a SIMILAR DVD - for $12! It had JP Trilogy printed across it, and when I had a closer look, it turned out to be the exact same thing as the normal JP (4-disk) DVD set... only eveything was on a single disk. So yeah, I asked the guy selling it, and he said it was a pirated copy which they had recieved a whole box of. (I have my own copy of this)
Anyway, that image above is not an offical DVD (as you have already guessed)...and yeah, photoshop was used (most likely) to create that cover which is just a combination of other JP images.
