I'm at kind of a loss, should it be a KomodoCryo, or something else?
Here's how I see it:
Dilo- poison spit
Ability has to do with mouth
Carno-camouflage
Ability has to do with whole body, skin, etc.
Cryo- ???
Ability does NOT have to do with skin or mouth, this must be done for a totally unique creature.
More special carnivore attributes...
Raptor- sickle toe, packs
Ability enables it to be a voracious hunter that can even kill small dinos on its own.
Compy- sheer number, DX
Ability allows a locust swarm-like attack pattern
Rex- the King...'nuff said
Is the culmination of InGen's hard work on carnivorous dinosaurs. Protection of kills and nest is higher on its priorities than hunting. Nigh on invulnerable.
Cearadactyl- flight
Can skillfully dive-bomb, has all the pros and cons of a flying creature.
Hopefully i didn't miss anything; feels like I did for some reason...

I think I've got it.
Cryolophosaurus
Height: 10 ft
Length: 23 ft (not including tail), 18 ft (tail), 2 ft (tail barb)
Weight: 2 tons
Diet: controlled while in captivity
Niche: none, but was competition for Raptors after its release
Notes: Has a distinct crest atop its head . Its special means of attack is its whiplike tail boasting a sharp barb at its end, akin to a spear point.

I'm not too sure why, but I can't think of any other power right now derived from a real-world reptile. The Dilo's got the spitting cobra, and the carnotaur has dibs on the chameleon. What's next, Komodo Dragon? That might be a little too similar to Dilo, it'll be like the spit except...drool.
Any ideas, Einsteins?
